Posted: 14 Jul 2015 07:59 AM PDT I have recently gave up meat for a more plant-based lifestyle (except the occasional chicken or fish). Sweet potato, or any potato really, is my favorite meat sub next to mushrooms. This sweet potato curry is the absolute best...better than Amy's Kitchen. Yea I said it! You can substitute the sweet potatoes for anything you would like; paneer, mushrooms, even chicken or steak.
