| Posted: 23 Aug 2015 11:47 AM PDT we like to experiment with goat cheese recipes. found a recipe on the internet and adjusted it to suit our tastes. ALSO IMPORTANT TIP. Although cooking the spinach in the dish is VERY good, the dish is really ugly afterwards. I recommend instead serving the chicken on top of a bed of fresh spinach. -- posted by Shawn C |
