Frozen-To-Fabulous 30 Minute Pressure Cooker Chicken and Mushroo

Super easy, super quick freezer-to-table-in-30-minutes meal for those days when nothing is thawed and you need a satisfying dish the whole family will love. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs are a freezer staple at our house. I usually fix this recipe in the slow cooker (also incredible) but found the results just as yummy from my pressure cooker!
