Chicken Enchilada Casserole

This is a recipe a friend showed me how to make. I am posting it here because I keep losing the recipe card and then finding it in odd places... I blame the toddlers. :) The basic: green sauce, sour cream, tortilla, cheese and chicken is very good in a pinch. It also freezes the best of any frozen enchiladas I've had, so I like to make 3 or 4 batches at a time and freeze for later or give away. -- posted by Tawni
