Chicken N Rice Casserole for Dummies

So..I don't think anyone is a dummie...but if you aren't used to cooking or have limited time/pantry items/skills..this is for you. Yummy, easy, delicious! I already had the chicken and panko bread crumbs on hand, as well as the onion and garlic powder...so the whole thing cost me $4. -- posted by Chef #735494
