Posted: 09 Jan 2014 09:45 PM PST These are so easy to make, and can easily be done the same way for chicken or even fish! These can be on your table in about 15 minutes!! You should get boneless pork chops that are slightly thick (I am not so good at measuring), but still thin enough to cook quickly. If you get thick ones just pound them about a bit so that they will cook faster. -- posted by LDSMom128 |
Posted: 10 Jan 2014 08:40 AM PST A soup with the flavor of chicken gumbo, I adapted this from a friend's recipe to keep it low fat and low calorie, but still has plenty of flavor! Don't let all the ingredients scare you, it's easy to make with ingredients you probably have on hand (well, except for the okra!). You can probably substitute a can of tomatoes (drained) for the fresh tomatoes. -- posted by Treewoman |
