I needed to use up some fresh pineapple I had in the house and my son was asking me to make a pineapple chicken he had at the mall. He made this dip for an end of year function and I begged for the recipe. Serve with grilled chicken, lamb, vegetables or on lavish style bread. | Gingery Fried Chicken (Kara Age) Posted: 13 Jan 2014 11:04 AM PST From Elizabeth Andoh's classic book, "At Home With Japanese Cooking". Chicken is marinated, dredged, and fried twice for extra crispiness. Serve it hot or cold. I recommend using thighs for this. -- posted by Zeldaz |
