I wanted to use the new Mueller's Pot Sized Spaghetti. I took a Mueller's recipe idea and completely changed it to suit our tastes. So it somewhat resembles the original recipe in that it's cheesy, has chicken and the pot sized spaghetti. After that there's not a lot in common. -- posted by tabasco0697

Chicken pieces and cucumbers sauteed and served in a gravy. Great way to use those summer cucumbers. I triple the gravy ingredients (the last four listed) as we like more gravy. My mother loves chicken pot pie but I had frozen dinners. So this was my 1st attempt at making a chicken pot pie. It's a little more time consuming then just opening a box and sticking a frozen pot pie in the oven but this way you control the ingredients and there are no additives. I also try to use organic whenever possible which makes it even more healthy than the frozen kind. And we had no left overs. Everyone went back for seconds -- posted by tabasco0697
