Gooseberry Patch Creamy Chicken and Noodles (Crockpot)

Found this recipe on Pinterest. The site is Jane's recipes from Gooseberry Patch's Slow Cooker Recipes by Jane Houin She noted that she could not find frozen egg noodles and used dried ones. I also used dried egg noodles and they turned out fantastic. I used 1 1/2 (10 oz) bags of dried noodles. I used a combination of breasts and thighs when I made it. I skipped shredding the chicken as it was so tender it just fell apart as I stirred it. You can also add veggies of choice to this as it cooks. -- posted by Kerena

Bacon Wrapped New Potatoes

I was given some tiny fresh new potatoes from a friend's garden. I was grilling chicken and wanted an appetizer to throw on the grill and the bacon wrapped new potato was born. Serve with ranch dressing or BBQ sauce for dipping. -- posted by ElizabethKnicely

This recipe is from James Reason's show Alive and Cooking. I have made some minor changes for dietary reasons. I have subbed spring onion for brown onion and chicken mince/ground chicken for pork mince/ground pork. Times are estimated and guessing amount of wontons as he specifies 2 packs (does not mention quantity) but based on the ingredients and 4 serves I think it would be 24 (2 packs of 12 wontons). -- posted by I'mPat
