Posted: 06 Jun 2013 09:48 PM PDT This Guamanian fried rice get it’s rich flavor from crispy chicken flavored tofu(the original recipe used chicken, I veganized it) and mushrooms, vegetables and lots of soy sauce. Posted: 07 Jun 2013 07:38 AM PDT Very easy to make and a switch from my usual pork chops that are cooked in cream of mushroom soup. This also works with boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
