Roasted Red Skin Potatoes With Sausage and Cheese #SP5 Posted: 24 Mar 2014 01:11 PM PDT Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. Roasted red skin potatoes topped with smoked chicken sausage, melted colby jack cheese and scallions. I was cooking potatoes and smoked sausage and thought, "I wonder how this would taste together with cheese on top." And then I added scallions and I have been eating this dish every since. -- posted by michelleholmes72_12876182 |
Easy Chicken Kiev Potato Bowls #SP5 Posted: 24 Mar 2014 01:29 PM PDT Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. This is a "simply" delicious, quick recipe. Chicken Kiev is a complicated recipe, but this has the same flavors without the work and the potatoes and spinach really make it a meal. You could throw this together in the morning and bake it when you get home at the end of the day. Easy. -- posted by Chef #453383 |

Chili Cheese Smothered Hash Browns #SP5 Posted: 24 Mar 2014 01:44 PM PDT Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. This is a dish my kids love and eat up when it is cold outside. You can also make a turkey or chicken chili for a healthier version, and use different types of beans for variety. Sour cream can also be replaced with Greek style yogurt without a loss of flavor. This recipe can also be treated kind of like nachos where you can put anything on them as long as they are good. Enjoy!!!! -- posted by Chef #1802395711 |
