Danish Dumplings

My ancestors on both sides are from Denmark, but the only recipe that made it through the generations was dumplings. My dad's side had a recipe and my mom's side had a recipe, but even my dad's grandmother admitted that my mom's family dumplings were better than her family's. There's nothing more comforting than a hot bowl of chicken soup and these dumplings. -- posted by Stephsfanny

This is the best recipe I've ever invented. Since I don't know you personally and am not embarrassed to brag, I will tell you every single person who has ever had this has raved and begged for me to make this again and again!! I hate when we run out! You can use this as salad dressing, marinade for chicken, dipping sauce, or stir into packaged cole slaw for an amazing side! -- posted by apricot 123
