Posted: 17 Aug 2013 11:26 AM PDT I've been making fried chicken for years. And it was always good, but just good. Since I've discovered brining, move over KFC... you got nothing on my pollo frito! The skin is super crispy and the meat is so juicy, and if that isn't enough, it has that Latin flavor! -- posted by jc12972 |
