Posted: 12 Jul 2013 12:12 PM PDT A yummy samosa recipe in which you both have chicken, and potato! Filled with amazing spices and herbs!! Tastes lovely with chutney, or even plain tomato sauce. Perfect for cold rainy days. -- posted by GirlyChef |
Posted: 12 Jul 2013 12:42 PM PDT Maque choux is a stewed vegetable side dish. This recipe also includes okra. Don't be afraid of it! For a vegetarian version, just omit the bacon and use vegetable oil as your fat and substitute water or vegetable stock for the chicken stock. Kate's Caramelized Garlic Chicken Wings (Only 3 Ingredients!) Posted: 13 Jul 2013 09:23 AM PDT Slowly roasting the garlic in olive oil caramelizes its natural sugars developing a sweet nutty flavor, and the chicken wings are fall of the bone tender and moist. The large amount of garlic used is surprisingly not pungent because the garlic oils mellow into a sticky and buttery consistency. -- posted by Garden Gate Kate |
