It's very popular in Japan.They have a lot of part of chicken menu like zizzards,skin,heart,liver,butt,thigh,bread,etc.. We love having it with beer after work that great satisfies time. Posted: 09 Jul 2013 10:55 AM PDT A Vietnamese friend taught me how to make this dish that originates from Laos and Cambodia. If you can't find galangal, substitute fresh ginger and squirt of lime juice. Pre-ground chicken, turkey or pork may be used instead of the chicken thigh meat.
