Chicken Chermoulla With a Lentil Salad Posted: 19 Jul 2013 02:55 PM PDT Chicken is a Moroccan blend of herbs and spices traditionally used for preserving or seasoning meat or fish. Here it is used as a quick baste for chicken. Recipe adapted fromWomen's Weekly 50 fast chicken fillets mini-recipe book. Recipe is gluten-free as written but ensure spices, yogurt and chicken stock are suitable. Serves 4 -- posted by **Jubes** |
Spicy Sausage and Vegetable Skillet Pasta Posted: 19 Jul 2013 05:25 PM PDT Inspired by Iowa Girl Eat's Spicy Sausage Pasta, this is slightly spicier, with added vegetables and some nutritional yeast. Flexible and vary according to what you have on hand. Delicious comfort food at its best! Tastes even better as leftovers. I use whatever sausage I have on hand-family loved it with chicken Andouille sausage, spicy Cajun, etc. -- posted by Papagayita |
Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup Posted: 20 Jul 2013 09:13 AM PDT A quick, no-fuss version of chicken tortilla soup! All you do is put everything into the slow cooker, and turn it on. Then garnish with baked corn tortilla strips! -- posted by CHEF GRPA |
Charmoula Grilled Chicken Sandwiches Posted: 20 Jul 2013 09:16 AM PDT The chicken gets it's flavor from charmoula, a versatile marinade. You can make extra for a dip. Recipe is from Sunset Magazine. Prep time does not include marinating time. -- posted by Nancy's Pantry |
